This luxury three storey residence, features a 4 car basement garage, utility rooms and games room with 4000 bottle wine cellar, and bar. The ground floor contains the central living space, main bedrooms, the kitchen, butlers pantry and study, as well as the suspended outdoor terrace decks including the 15m cantilevered lap pool with a internal 2m wide viewing window into the games room bar. The end of the the cantilevered section of the pool is able to be enclosed with an automated vertical glass pool screen which lifts up on the three exposed edges of the pool, to provide a total enclosure.
The first floor accommodates a Rumpus and two other bedrooms, both with ensuites.
The design is centred around the main entry, a bridge was created to link the upper guest driveway to this glass encased entry foyer. From the foyer, you pass under the glass floor bridge connecting the lift shaft with the first floor. The main living area was designed to be minimal, and to engage with the outdoor terrace and provide a clear transition to the exterior.
